Building up a combination.

Objective: This shall help you to
• build up angle using angle gauge.

To build up a size of 27° 9' 9" (Fig 1) To obtain an angle of 27°-8'-51" the same gauges may be
used, but they must be wrung together as shown in Fig 2.
Gauge required
Work out the
1st series - 27° 0' 0"
Gauges required for 27° 8' 51"
2nd series - 0° 9' 0"
1st series 27° 0' 0"
3rd series - 0° 0' 6"
2nd series 0° 9' 0" To be added
Additional
3rd series 0° 0' 6" To be subracted
Block - 0° 0' 3''
4th series 0° 0' 3" From the sum of the
27° 9' 9"

1st and 2 nd series as these two are positioned in the
opposite way.
